Shipping Policy — REMM
1. Processing Time
All orders placed with REMM are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Free Delivery
We offer FREE nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
There is no minimum order value required.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3–4 business days, depending on your city and courier service.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier service delays beyond our control
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, a tracking link or SMS will be shared with you so you can track your shipment.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
REMM is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost after dispatch, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier service on your behalf.
