At REMM, your satisfaction matters to us. We create every product with care, and if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened.
  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be in original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will issue:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit, based on your preference

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged.
  • Leaking.
  • Broken.
  • Incorrect item received.

We will send a replacement free of charge.

To process this, please:

  • Share clear photos or videos
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products.
  • Used products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
